Plastic Injection Moulding
To extend the service that we offer our customers we have set up our own mould shop. We currently have seven moulding machines, the largest being a BOY80M. This allows us, in many cases to offer a ‘One stop’ solution to turning your ideas into saleable product.

GPES Moulding
We know that very often the high cost of injection moulds prevents new ideas from getting started. So for small batches, development or pre-production runs we have bolsters that take interchangeable inserts. Making just inserts is often less than half the cost of producing full tools and our customers can quickly have real components, to test or sell.
